Exchange Policy

Eligibility

• Exchange requests accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with tags and packaging intact.

Charges & Conditions

• ₹150 handling fee per exchange.
• Only 1 exchange per item allowed.
• After the first exchange → only store credit is provided (if quality/fit still unsatisfactory).

Exceptions

• Sale items: One-time exchange only (subject to size availability).
• Clearance items: No exchange allowed.
• Already exchanged items: Not eligible again.
