Shipping Policy

  • Orders dispatched to serviceable pin codes across India.
  • If the pin code is non-serviceable, customers must self-ship returns/exchanges.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring correct shipping details.
  • Emporiva is not responsible for delays due to courier services or incorrect addresses provided.

Return Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be in original condition, with tags intact and no signs of wear/use or damage.
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete returns will be rejected without refund.

Pickup & Courier Policy

  • If 2 pickup attempts fail, customers must self-ship the product at their own expense.
  • For non-serviceable pin codes, self-shipping is required.

  • Use trackable courier services (e.g., Speed Post, Delhivery).
  • Emporiva is not liable for lost self-shipped returns.

Processing Timeline

  • QC check within 8–10 business days after receiving the return.
  • Refunds initiated within 7–8 business days post successful QC.

Charges & Refund Policy

  • Returns:
    - Handling fee: ₹100 (up to 2 items), ₹200 (more than 2 items).
    - Shipping charges are non-refundable.
    - Missing/damaged items → refund adjusted accordingly.
    - Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original source.
    - COD Orders: Refunded as store credit (valid 3 months).
  • Store Credit Terms:
    - Non-refundable, valid for 3 months only.
    - Applicable only on COD refunds or where mentioned.

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

  • Sale/Discounted items: Not eligible for return. One-time exchange allowed (if size available). Clearance items: Final sale – no return/refund/exchange. Already exchanged items: Cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Exchange Policy

Eligibility

  • Exchange requests accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with tags and packaging intact.

Charges & Conditions

  • ₹150 handling fee per exchange.
  • Only one exchange per item allowed.
  • After the first exchange → only store credit is provided (if quality/fit still unsatisfactory).
  • Exchange allowed for same/different size, color, or product of equal/higher value (price difference must be paid).

Exceptions

  • Sale items: One-time exchange only (subject to size availability). Clearance items: Not eligible for exchange. Already exchanged items: Cannot be exchanged again.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
  • After 12 hours → cancellations are not accepted.
  • If order is already shipped, cancellation is not possible. Customers must place a return request after delivery.

If your pin code is not eligible for reverse pickup, you must self-ship the product to:
